EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
You can exchange or return a product within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving it.
The shipping costs for exchanges and returns of products are borne by the user, except for the costs for returning products with possible manufacturing defects within the warranty period, in force by law, which in this case will be borne by Hulcha
The Hulcha will not refund transport costs if, in an order for multiple products, only one or some are subject to return and/or exchange.
To make an exchange and/or return of a product, you must send an email communicating the intention to geral@hulcha.com , with your identification, indication of the reason, order number, reference of the product(s) and NIB , for possible reimbursement.
The products must be returned in the original packaging, without signs of use, in perfect condition, accompanied by the order number and must be sent to the address to be indicated, in the reply to your email of the intention of exchange and/or return.
Upon successful receipt of the returned product, Hulcha will schedule the refund and/or exchange.
In case of return, Hulcha will refund the amounts paid, by bank transfer within a maximum period of 15 days, after receiving the returned products in perfect condition, except for any manufacturing defects within the guarantee period.
In the event of a refund, if there is an offer for a delivery fee applied to the order, the offer will be canceled and its value will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
An exchange or refund will be refused whenever the return does not comply with the rules described here.
